脑疝是各种原因引起颅内压增高时经常出现的危险的临床症状,既往对脑疝的诊断都是临床或病理诊断,未见应用CT对脑疝诊断的报道。本文分析100例高颅压患者的CT所见,来探讨CT对脑疝诊断的价值和应用,试图在CT上找出临床下脑疝的指标,即临界脑疝的危险值,以便指导治疗和估计预后。资料及方法本组100例均采用岛津100N型头部CT扫描平片。测量尺以本型扫描机规定尺为准,以OM线为基线,自下而上逐一观测脑组织及脑室、脑池等正常形态及位置是否受压、变形、移位甚至消失。
