人事部和国家医药管理局颁发了《执业药师资格制度暂行规定》共6章36条。总则第4条中规定人事部和国家医药管理局共同负责全国执业药师资格制度的政策制定、组织协调、资格考试、注册登记和监督管理工作,第6条规定每年举行一次考试,第7第规定凡中华人民共和国公民和获准在我国境内就业的其它国籍的人员,遵纪守法并具备以下条件之一者,可申请参加执业药师资格考试。 ①药学中专毕业后,从事医药工作满10年;②药学大专毕业后,从事医药工作6年;③药学大学本科毕业后,从事医药工作满4年;④获药学第二学士学位或研究生结业后,从事医药工作满2年;⑤获药学硕士学位后,从事医药工作满1年;⑥获药学博士学位;⑦已正式受聘担任主管药师职务人员。
The Ministry of Personnel and the State Administration of Medicine issued the “Provisional Regulations on the Licensing System for Licensed Pharmacists,” a total of 6 chapters and 36 articles. General Provisions Article 4 stipulates that the Ministry of Personnel and the State Administration of Pharmacy shall jointly be responsible for policy formulation, organization and coordination, qualification examination, registration, and supervision and management of the national licensed pharmacist qualification system. Article 6 stipulates that examinations shall be held once a year. Citizens of the People’s Republic of China and persons of other nationalities who are permitted to work in the country shall be required to abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions, and may apply for a qualification examination for licensed pharmacists. 1 After graduating from pharmacy secondary school, engaged in pharmaceutical work for 10 years; 2 After graduating from pharmaceutical college, engaged in pharmaceutical work for 6 years; 3 After graduating from pharmacy university, engaged in pharmaceutical work for 4 years; 4 Received second pharmacy degree or graduate student Later, he worked in medicine for 2 years; 5 he received a master’s degree in pharmacy and he worked in medicine for 1 year; 6 he received a doctorate in pharmacy; 7 he has been officially employed as a pharmacist.
