The reasonable model of fuzzy comprehensive judgment is found by means of the theory and method of multi-level fuzzy judgment on the basis of the judging index system of mechanical equipment bid sheets. The scientific method is supplied for the judging bids, the key chain of the judging process of the mechanical equipment bid sheet. All factors are considered, especially quantitative factors or qualitative factors in the process of judgment.
