针对职业技术学校体育课堂教学方法单一,学生积极性不高的现状,更好地实现学校体育任务,分别从分层次教学的必要性、分层的方法,制定适宜的教学目标和学习评价、运用“分层次小组”学习贯穿课堂教学等方面进行了阐述,认为“分层次”的课堂教学组织模式,更符合职业学生的身心特点和基础教育改革的发展趋势,能充分调动学生学习积极性,提高教学质量。
