“海兴则国强民富,海衰則国弱民穷”。我国是海洋大国,海岛资源丰富,拥有面积超过500平方米的海岛近7000个(不包括海南岛本岛和港、澳、台所属海岛),其中无居民海岛6500多个,占海岛总数的94%。海岛是我国经济社会发展中一个非常特殊的区域,在国家权益、安全、经济、生态等方面具有十分重要的地位。众多“无人岛”就像蒙尘多年的宝藏,闲置在仓库僻静角落里,静静地等待着有心人来发掘。
“Haixing country is strong and wealthy, the sea is weak, poor countries and poor”. China is a big ocean country rich in resources. It has nearly 7,000 islands (excluding the islands of Hainan Island and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), covering an area of more than 500 square meters. Among them, there are more than 6,500 uninhabited islands, accounting for 94% of the total number of islands. . The island is a very special area in China’s economic and social development and plays an important role in the nation’s rights, safety, economy and ecology.
