一、概述虫胶复制镀铬工艺,在国内光学冷加工方面得到广泛应用,特别在小面积分划板及各种光学度盘的复制上,国内各兄弟单位积累了宝贵经验。我所应用于大面积码盘和光栅盘的复制时,碰到了脱膜严重、胶点、脏点很多、针孔密布、脱胶不彻底等问题。本文详细地叙述了码盘、圆光栅盘虫胶复制镀铬的基本原理、工艺、配方、优缺点、经验体会以及目前我们达到的水平。如:复制后度盘精度最高达±0.4秒,复制后圆光栅盘精度最高达±0.3秒,复制后码盘精度最高达±0.2秒,接近母板精度。二、码盘、圆光栅盘虫胶复制、镀铬工艺的基本原理
