高等院校做好大学生入党积极分子的教育培养工作,是保证党员质量的关键。当前,高等院校对大学生入党积极分子的教育培养在实践探索中取得了一定的成效,但也存在着入党积极分子政治理论薄弱、实践能力不足以及党性修养不高等问题。在网络信息大爆炸、文化多元化的大时代,如何引导、培养、教育广大青年大学生成为合格的党员和未来的接班人,成为高校党建工作的新课题。通过课题组的调查和研究提出应从制度建设、网络教育、主题活动、实践活动等诸多方面展开教育工作。
