近年来,塔城地区精神文明建设工作以“三个代表”重要思想和十六大精神为指导,始终坚持“两手抓、两手都要硬”的方针,紧紧围绕地委的中心工作,牢牢把握改革、发展和稳定的工作大局,高举旗帜,与时俱进,开拓创新,精神文明建设取得了丰硕成果。塔城地区已连续两次被自治区评为精神文明建设先进地区,所辖的五县二市,一个县是自治区级文明县,另五个县(市)是自治区级精神文明先进县市。全国创建文明行业的先进单位2个,全国精神文明建设先进单位2个,自治区级文明行业2个,自治区级文明单位257个,自治区级文明示范窗口21个,自治区级文明乡镇15个,地区精神文明建设不断向纵深发展,全面提升了精神文明建设的整体水平。

Tacheng area has twice been rated as autonomous region advanced area of spiritual civilization construction, under the jurisdiction of five counties and two cities, one county is a civilized county level autonomous region, and the other five counties (cities) is an autonomous prefecture-level advanced county of spiritual civilization. 2 advanced units for building civilized industries in the country, 2 advanced units for the construction of spiritual civilization, 2 autonomous civilizations, 257 civilized units at the autonomous region level, 21 model civilized demonstration zones at the municipality level, 15 civilized townships at the autonomous region level, The development of civilization has been continuously developing in depth and the overall level of spiritual civilization has been raised in an all-round way.
