患者,男。42岁。10年前患者无明显原因常感右腰部酸困不适,尤以久坐或劳累后加重,入院前1周劳累后出现肉眼全程无痛性血尿2次,尿色暗红。查体:心肺肝脾正常,双肾区不饱满,叩击痛(-)。化验检查:尿红细胞(-),白细胞3～4个/Hp。血BUN6.8mmol/L,ESR2mm/h。腹部平片及IVP示右肾结石,输尿管上段结石伴肾积水,逆行尿路造影见右输尿管上段结石的下
Patient, male. 42 years old. 10 years ago, no obvious reason for the patient often feel the right waist acid storm discomfort, especially sedentary or tired after the increase, 1 week before admission to the naked eye full of painless hematuria twice, dark urine. Physical examination: normal heart and lung liver and spleen, kidney area is not full, percussion pain (-). Laboratory tests: urinary red blood cells (-), white blood cells 3 to 4 / Hp. Blood BUN6.8mmol / L, ESR2mm / h. Abdominal plain film and IVP show the right kidney stones, upper ureteral stones with hydronephrosis, retrograde urography to see the upper right ureteral stones
