通过对30例老年肺心病和30例老年健康人肾功生化和肾功放免分析的观察.初步结果显示了肺心病及呼吸衰竭时,血尿素氮,血肌酐与对照组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而血和尿β_2微球蛋白与对照组比较有差异(P>0.05),本研究结果提示:1.肺心病及呼衰时肾小球和肾小管功能均受到一定的损害,呼衰伴心衰时损害加重.2.用放免法测定血、尿β_2-MG等较血 BuN,Cr 更早期地反映肺心病呼衰时的肾功损害,本文对影响β_2-MG 的因素作了初步讨论.
