近两年来,湖北襄樊市工业企业中,出现了一批“困难户”。有的是因为老产品销不出去;有的是产品销出去资金收不回来;还有的因为管理不善,经营者决策失误;另外,还有一部分军工企业在向民品转向过程中,只能靠吃政策亏损过日子。总之,这类企业生产萧条,甚至停工停产,企业无收入,职工工资发不出。据调查,这类企业达40多户,占企业总数的7.6％,职工总数达一万多人,占职工总数的2.5％。

According to the survey, more than 40 such enterprises accounted for 7.6% of the total number of enterprises, and the total number of employees reached more than 10,000, accounting for 2.5% of the total number of employees.
