1998年是开局之年,起步之年。 从全国来讲,1998年是全面落实党的十五大精神的第一年;从我省来讲,是国有大中型企业三年走出困境的第一年;从我院来讲,是新一届领导班子知难而进、带领职工深化改革、向现代企业制度迈进的第一年。 通过对十五大文件的学习和年初我院五届职代会的讨论,形成了我院1998年工作的总体思路,其要点是:1 在勘察设计市场形势依然偏紧的困难形势下,要在继续提高我院经济效益上下功夫
