噻唑烷二酮类药物(TZD)除具有减轻胰岛素抵抗的作用外,还可对胰腺β细胞产生直接的益处,能促进β细胞存活和β颗粒再形成,维持β细胞数量及减少胰岛淀粉样沉积,并参与细胞增殖、分化及炎性反应。由于TZD 对β细胞数量和功能均发挥明显的保护作用,因而该药的早期干预对延缓β细胞衰竭及降低心血管疾病危险,显示巨大的潜力。
Thiazolidinediones (TZD) in addition to reducing insulin resistance in the role, but also pancreatic β cells have a direct benefit, can promote β cell survival and β particle reformation, maintain the β cell number and reduce the amyloid deposition , And participate in cell proliferation, differentiation and inflammatory response.
