This article reports the author’s results of histopathological studies on hepatitis C. METHODS: Fifty-four liver biopsy specimens from 45 patients with hepatitis C diagnosed by clinical and serological tests were selected and the other patients were excluded from the hepatitis C virus (HCV) Twenty-seven biopsies from 24 patients with chronic hepatitis B were used as controls and 45 patients with hepatitis C.
