进入21世纪,我们党鲜明地打出了“执政为民”的旗帜。十六大以来,“执政为民”更成为加强和改进执政党建设的基本要求和普遍原则,成为时代的强音。“执政为民”在理论上作何解读,坚持“执政为民”面临哪些挑战,如何应对这些挑战,需要采取哪些对策,这都是值得我们认真思考的问题。
Entering the 21st century, our party has clearly labeled the banner of “governing for the people.” Since the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, “governing for the people” has become the basic requirement and universal principle for strengthening and improving the building of the ruling party and has become the strong voice of the times. What is the theoretical interpretation of “governing for the people”? What are the challenges we should face when we adhere to the principle of “governing for the people?” And what measures we must take to deal with these challenges are all issues worth our serious consideration.
