结节病又称肉样瘤,为侵犯皮肤及全身多器官的一种肉芽肿性网状细胞增生症,兹将遇到的1例报告于下。患者男,64岁,1年前双下肢胫前下段出现淡红粟粒样丘疹及黄豆大斑块,无发烧、不痒,斑块日渐增大,并向躯干、颈部及双上肢扩展。双侧颌下淋巴结肿大无疼痛感。患病后自觉视力减退,无咳嗽、发烧及关节痛等。体检:心肺(-)。眼科:对光反应尚好,双眼视力0.3,视乳头表面增殖性改变,视网膜动脉均有白鞘,颞下弓小片状出血,诊断双色素膜炎、左视网膜血管炎 Sarcoidosis, also known as sarcoidosis, is a form of granulomatous reticular cell hyperplasia that invades the skin and multiple organs of the body. Bilateral submandibular lymph nodes without pain. After the onset of conscious vision loss, no cough, fever and joint pain. Physical examination: cardiopulmonary (-). Ophthalmology: the light response is good, binocular visual acuity 0.3, depending on the proliferation of optic nerve surface, retinal artery white sheath, infratemporal small platelet bleeding, diagnosis of bilubicitis, left retinal vasculitis
