对Cr-Mo-V钢的补焊,目前有两种工艺方法。一种是热焊,需要焊前预热和焊后热处理,耗费大量的时间及财力,对形状复杂的工件还会造成变形,无法矫正;另一种是采用奥氏体不锈钢焊条冷焊,虽不需预热和焊后热处理,但不能保证焊缝长期高温下运行。本文采用国产Ni317焊条并配以冷焊工艺,通过线膨胀系数测定,金相分析,研究接头元素分布和力学分析等,证明可以排除上述两种方法的弊病,保证焊接后部件的安全使用。
For Cr-Mo-V steel welding, there are currently two methods. In this paper, domestic Ni317 welding rod with cold welding process, through the determination of linear expansion coefficient, metallographic analysis, joint element distribution and mechanical analysis, proved that the disadvantages of the above two methods can be ruled out to ensure the safe use of parts after welding.
