在施工安装中,如何扩大构件的地面组装率以减少高空作业、起吊次数和吊装时间,从而能取得保证工程质量、加快工程进度、节约施工费用、增加人身设备安全等一系列经济效益,这个道理早己为人所共知。但把它较好地贯彻在施工安装中去,却是一直没有得到很好解决的问题。这是由于有关单位和工作人员事先缺乏认真研究考虑或为实际条件所限造成的。假如设计能够结合工程实际、施工单位安装的实际,在设计中对此能作充分的调查研究并贯彻于施工图中;而施工单位能在施工组织设计中予以充分的发挥并贯彻于平面布置和组织工作中,或许能比较好的提高地面组装率。本文在这方面虽不甚条理深入,但都有所涉及,可作实例以供参考。
