本文通过X3105TA型柴油机配惯性增压进气管的试验研究所取得的成果,论述了改进柴油机进气管的设计,是解决该柴油机低速大扭矩工况的动力性、经济性、降低排烟的有效措施。这对改善国内某些柴油机低速性能,有一定参考价值。通过改进进气系统来提高柴油机的性能指标,是国内外常用的行之有效的措施。当柴油机基本结构和燃烧系统不变的条件下,在小缸径的柴油机中合理的采用惯性增压进气管,可以提高柴油机的充气效率,对要求强烈涡流的燃烧系统还可以通过提高进气流速和流量使涡流强化,改善混合气形成,从而提高柴油机的动力与经济指标。
In this paper, the experimental results of the X3105TA diesel engine with inertia supercharger intake pipe are discussed. The design of improving the intake pipe of the diesel engine is discussed. It is an effective measure to reduce the power, economy and smoke exhaust of the diesel engine under low speed and high torque. . This has some reference value for improving the low speed performance of some domestic diesel engines. By improving the intake system to improve the performance of diesel engines, is commonly used at home and abroad effective measures. When the basic structure of the diesel engine and the combustion system are not changed, the reasonable use of the inertia supercharged intake pipe in a small bore diesel engine can improve the charging efficiency of the diesel engine. The combustion system requiring a strong eddy current can also be improved by increasing the intake air flow rate and Turbulent flow to enhance and improve the formation of gas mixture, thereby enhancing the diesel engine power and economic indicators.
