今年8月,市委办公厅、市政府办公厅转发市国资委《关于加快推进北京市国有资本调整和国有企业重组的指导意见》(简称《指导意见》),并在全市实施。这是加快推进北京市国有资本调整和国有企业重组的重要指导性文件。
In August of this year, the General Office of the Municipal Party Committee and the General Office of the Municipal Government forwarded the “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating Beijing’s State-owned Capital Adjustment and Restructuring of State-owned Enterprises” (referred to as the “Guiding Opinion”) by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and implemented it in the city. This is an important guiding document for speeding up the adjustment of Beijing’s state-owned capital and restructuring of state-owned enterprises.
