五加科植物三七,Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.chen的干燥根。主要成分为皂甙、黄酮甙、生物碱等。经我我院临床观察,性质稳定,疗效可靠,但目前尚无商品供应。我院配制工艺如下。处方:三七粉(100目)0.5g 氯化钠(注射用)0.9g 蒸馏水加至100ml 制法:称取三七细粉置于100ml烧杯中,加入约30ml蒸馏水浸渍15min后,加热微沸。趁热用滤纸滤过。滤渣再加入适量蒸馏水,如此提取三次。合并滤液,加入氯化钠振摇

The preparation process in our hospital is as follows.
