龙胆泻肝汤主治肝胆经实火湿热,方中龙胆草泻肝经之热,柴胡平少阳之热,黄芩、栀子清肺与三焦之热以佐之,泽污泻肾经之湿,木通、车前泻小肠膀胱之湿以佐之,当归、生地、养血而补肝,甘草以缓中。现将余临床运用体会报导如下:病案一:痄腮奚某女 12岁 84年5月18日就诊,患儿恶寒,发热,似感冒,曾服草药无效,后感吞咽时耳心作痛,耳后有一肿块,皮肤表面灼热感,舌质偏红苔白,脉浮大,服普济消毒饮加减一剂未效,改用龙胆泻肝汤加减。处方:龙胆草6克柴胡9克黄芩9克栀子9克当归9克

I now report on the following clinical applications: Case I: A woman was 12 years old on May 18, 84. Her child was chilly, feverish, like a cold, and she had taken the herbal medicine for no effect. When she swallowed, she felt pain. There was a lump behind the ear, a burning sensation on the surface of the skin, reddish white tongue, floating veins, and a single dose of Puji disinfectant was not effective, but switched to Longdanxiegan decoction. Prescription: Gentiana 6 grams Bupleurum 9 grams Astragalus 9 grams Gardenia 9 grams Angelica 9 grams
