目的探讨胃液PH、蛋白质含量与胃疾病严重程度之间的关系 ,为该类疾病的治疗提供新的理论。方法分别用试纸法和考马斯亮蓝G -250法测定22例正常对照者、18例胃癌、36例胃十二指肠溃疡、33例慢性浅表性胃炎、8例萎缩性胃炎、18例肠上皮化生患者胃液PH值和蛋白质含量并进行比较。结果胃癌组的胃液PH、蛋白质含量平均值明显高于正常对照组和其它胃疾病组(P<0.01或0.05) ;慢性浅表性胃炎组的胃液PH平均值也明显高于正常对照组的PH均值(P<0.05) ,而蛋白质含量差异无统计学意义。此外 ,在慢性浅表性胃炎中 ,活动性组的胃液PH和蛋白质含量均值均显著高于非活动性组(P<0.05)。结论胃液PH值、蛋白质含量与胃疾病的严重程度有一定关系 ,通过测定胃液PH值和蛋白含量 ,有利于诊断和治疗。
Objective To investigate the relationship between gastric juice PH, protein content and the severity of gastric diseases, and to provide a new theory for the treatment of such diseases. Methods 22 cases of normal control, 18 cases of gastric cancer, 36 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer, 33 cases of chronic superficial gastritis, 8 cases of atrophic gastritis and 18 cases of intestinal Epithelial metaplasia patients with gastric juice PH value and protein content and compared. Results The average gastric juice pH and protein content in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that in normal control group and other gastric diseases group (P <0.01 or 0.05). The average gastric pH value in chronic superficial gastritis group was also significantly higher than that in normal control group Mean (P <0.05), while the protein content had no significant difference. In addition, in chronic superficial gastritis, the average values of gastric juice pH and protein content in active group were significantly higher than those in inactive group (P <0.05). Conclusion The gastric juice PH value, protein content and the severity of gastric disease have a certain relationship, by measuring the gastric juice PH value and protein content, is conducive to the diagnosis and treatment.
