自拟“三乌一支梅”药酒方,治疗风寒痹证,效果满意,介绍如下。方药组成:川乌20克草乌20克首乌20克乌梅20枚白酒2斤。功效:疏经络,祛风寒,益精血,补肝肾,行气消积。服用方法:将上药共为粗末,用纱布包好,浸酒中,7日后过滤取汁,每次服用10～15克,1日3次。如有口角麻木感可减半。若气血虚弱者,可加炙黄芪50克、红花15克,共合入药。
