介绍了采用刚粘塑性有限元法热力耦合数值模拟热锻成形过程的基本原理,导出了以节点速度和节点温度对时间的导数为基本未知量的热力耦合方程式。采用新开发的程序系统对20钢热镦粗成形全过程温度场进行了模拟研究,得出了反映热檄粗成形流动规律的网格变化图和反映温度场变化情况的温度分布图,并将热力耦合分析得到的热镦粗载荷与行程关系曲线与试验恻得的曲线作了比较,两者基本相符。
The basic principle of thermo-mechanical coupled numerical simulation of hot forging process using rigid-viscoplastic finite element method is introduced. The thermodynamic coupling equation with node velocity and node temperature as the basic unknowns is deduced. The temperature field in the whole process of hot upsetting of 20 steels was simulated by the newly developed program system. The temperature distribution map reflecting the change of the temperature field was obtained. Thermal coupling analysis of the heat upsetting load and the relationship between the curve and the test curve obtained were compared, the two basically consistent.
