本文试图探讨不同的锌浓度及不同处理时间与种子发芽率、生长速度的关系,以确定最有效的锌浓度及处理时间,为提高高粱种子的发芽率,保证一次播种保全苗,促进壮苗及增产增收提供科学依据。一、材料及方法试验采用5个锌浓度:500、1000、2000、3000和4000PPm,以不加锌的清水为对照。每个浓度分别处理高粱种子6、12、18、24和30小时,重复3次。
