近年来,随着城市经济的不断发展,城市人口的不断增加,使得城市的拥堵现象日益加重,为了缓解城市的拥堵现象,人们开始了城市地下空间的开发与利用。就目前而言,城市地下空间的开发与利用还存在着诸多的问题,例如,规划不协调,地下空间的职能划分不明确等。这些问题需要尽快的解决,才能够实现我国城市地下空间的可持续开发。为此,文章针对城市地下空间开发存在的问题进行研究分析,提出合理化的建议,加强城市地下空间的可持续开发利用。
In recent years, with the continuous development of urban economy and the continuous increase of urban population, congestion in cities has been aggravated. In order to ease congestion in cities, people started to develop and utilize urban underground space. For now, there are still many problems in the development and utilization of underground space in cities, such as the uncoordination of planning and the unclear division of functions in underground space. These problems need to be solved as soon as possible to realize the sustainable development of urban underground space in our country. Therefore, the article studies and analyzes the existing problems in the development of urban underground space, puts forward suggestions of rationalization and strengthens the sustainable development and utilization of urban underground space.
