韩城镇中学是一所农村半寄宿制学校,多年来,学校坚持“德.得”的育人理念,按照“德育为首,建特色学校;全面发展,育特长学生”的工作思路,深化德育特色学校建设。一、理念支撑,特色鲜明古人云:“德者,得也。”德是因,得是果,无德必无得。德也是得的根本所在。有德的人,也就有得。有德者,可以得到做人的尊严,得到人们的信赖,对集体,也能产生巨大的向心力和凝聚力。经过多年的教育教学实践和探索,我校确定了“德.得”的育人理念,
