随着城镇化进程的不断推进,大量人口由农村流入城市就业,越来越多的学龄孩子也随父母来到全国各个城市。为了响应国家外来务工人员子女义务教育“以流入地政府管理为主、以全日制公办中小学就读为主”的政策,南京大规模地将这些孩子安排在公办中小学就学。这些政策和措施基本保障了外来务工人员子女在城市的入学问题,但是由于城乡之间经济、文化、教育等方面的差距,他们在学习、生活等方面面临种种困难。特别是语文成绩,阅读能力低给农民工理解文件、合同、法规带来了困难。因此,提高外来务工人员子女的语文素养就更显出其艰难与重要。它不仅关系到学生就业后的职业持续发展能力,也是奠定学生人格品质、道德修养的重要学科。
With the progress of urbanization, a large number of people have migrated from rural areas to cities for employment. More and more school-age children have also come to cities across the country with their parents. In response to the state’s policy of compulsory education of migrant workers’ children, “mainly run by government in inflow areas and mainly in full-time public primary and secondary schools,” Nanjing has arranged these children to attend large-scale public primary and secondary schools on a large scale. These policies and measures basically guarantee the enrollment of migrant children in cities. However, due to the economic, cultural and educational gaps between urban and rural areas, they face various difficulties in their studies and daily life. In particular, the language proficiency and reading ability of migrant workers to understand the low documents, contracts, laws and regulations have brought difficulties. Therefore, improving the literacy of children of migrant workers is even more difficult and important. It is not only related to the post-employment career development ability of students, but also lay an important character of student personality, moral discipline.
