舆论监督对构建社会主义和谐社会作用重大,也是新闻媒体所需行使的重要职能之一。党的十七届六中全会强调:“加强和改进舆论监督,推动解决党和政府高度重视、群众反映强烈的实际问题,维护人民利益,密切党群关系,促进社会和谐。”但是,仍有一些地方和部门不重视舆论监督甚至消极对待。而作为舆论监督实施主体的新闻媒体,往往应对办法不多,手段创新不够,久而久之,使舆论监督陷入被动境地。因此,迫切需要创新手段,开创舆论监督新局面。 The supervision of public opinion plays an important role in building a socialist harmonious society and is also one of the important functions that the news media needs to exercise. However, the news media, which is the main body of public opinion supervision, often has few solutions and inadequate means to innovate. Over time, the media supervision has been put into a passive situation. Therefore, there is an urgent need for innovative means to create a new situation in the supervision of public opinion.
