三十烷醇是近年来开始应用于农业生产上的一种新型植物生长调节剂。为了探索其对小麦喷施的增产效果,并确定最佳用量,我们于1983年在我县城关镇郊区进行了小麦喷施的增产效果试验。 一、试验方法 供试三十烷醇—1系江西工学院、国营江南化工厂产品;小麦品种为“681”,前作中稻,10月21日播种,撒播,亩用种30斤。 试验以每亩用0.1克、0.3克、0.5克、0.7克的三十烷醇—1对水配成0.01ppm、0.03ppm、0.05ppm、0.07ppm4种浓度,以清水为对照,共5个处理,抽穗扬花期间叶面喷施。小区面积0.01亩,重复4次。4月17日下午喷施后,晚上遇14.2毫米的雨,降雨时间集中,药液全被冲洗,4月20日又重新喷施。
