《数学课程标准》指出:“评价的目的是全面考察学生的学习状况,激励学生的学习热情,促进学生的全面发展。对学生数学学习的评价,既要关注学生知识与技能的理解和掌握,更要关注他们情感与态度的形成和发展,既要关注学生数学学习的结果,更要关注他们在学习过程中的变化和发展。”这就体现了新课程对学生评价的要求。因此,我们在教学中要善于捕捉学生学习、生活中的闪光点,运用激励性评价,使学生以最佳心态快乐学习,从而得到和谐发展。本人通过多年教学研究与实践,充分体会到适当的激励性评价,对提高数学教学效率有着积极的作用。

The evaluation of students’ mathematical learning should not only pay attention to the understanding and mastery of students’ knowledge and skills , But also to pay attention to the formation and development of their feelings and attitudes, it is necessary to pay attention to the results of students’ mathematical learning, but also pay attention to their changes and developments in the learning process. ”This reflects the requirements of the new curriculum for student evaluation. Therefore, in teaching, we should be good at capturing the bright spots in students’ study and life and make use of the stimulus to make students learn happily in the best attitude so as to achieve harmonious development. Through years of teaching research and practice, I fully understand that proper evaluation of motivation plays an active role in improving the efficiency of math teaching.
