教师在“培优”的同时更不应忘记“辅差”。在关注情感需求、注重鼓励的氛围下,立足学困生的学情实际,总结出了一些方法,循序渐进地提高学困生的英语成绩。
Teachers should not forget “Supplement ” at the same time. Under the circumstance of paying attention to the emotional needs and paying attention to the encouragement, based on the actual situation of the students who are struggling to learn, some methods are summed up so as to improve the English scores of graduating students step by step.
