近年来,在大连市委、市人大、市政府、市政协的关怀重视下,在社会各界和有关部门的大力支持下,我市的残疾人就业工作取得了显著进展。残疾人就业条件和环境进一步改善,就业渠道明显拓宽,就业层次逐步提高,残疾人平等参与社会生活的能力逐渐增强。特别是去年我市建成了残疾人劳动市场及残疾人就业信息网络,顺利实现了残疾人就业工作与现代化信息网络技术的有机结合,使全市残疾人就业工作呈现出前所未有的发展态势,为残疾人平等参与社会生活创造了有利条件。
In recent years, under the care of Dalian Municipal Party Committee, Municipal People's Congress, the municipal government and the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, significant progress has been made in the employment of persons with disabilities in our city, with the strong support from all walks of life and relevant departments. The employment conditions and environment of persons with disabilities have further improved, employment channels have been broadened significantly, employment levels have been gradually raised, and the ability of disabled persons to participate in social life on an equal footing has been gradually enhanced. Especially last year, the city built the labor market for the disabled and the employment information network for the handicapped. The combination of the employment of disabled people and the modernized information network has been smoothly realized. The employment of disabled people in the city has shown an unprecedented trend of development. Equal participation in social life has created favorable conditions.
