目的综述近年来纳米金的药用研究进展,为开发纳米金及其相关药物用于疾病治疗提供参考。方法依据近十年来国内外的文献,就纳米金的药用情况、研究进展和纳米金的毒性等进行归纳、总结。结果与结论纳米金自身具有生物活性,同时还具有光热效应,也可以作为药物载体使用,3种方式均已用于疾病治疗的研究中。纳米金在艾滋病、肿瘤、帕金森病等疾病治疗研究中已经得到了初步应用,其中抗肿瘤药AurimuneTM(CYT-6091)已经完成Ⅰ期临床试验,正在进行Ⅱ期临床试验。纳米金的药用研究的发展迅速,显示出良好的应用前景。同时,相关研究表明纳米金具有良好的生物相容性,毒性低,但作为药物方面的应用还有待进一步的评价。
Objective To summarize the research progress of nano gold in recent years and provide a reference for the development of nano gold and its related drugs for disease treatment. Methods According to the domestic and foreign literatures in recent ten years, the medical conditions, research progress and toxicity of gold nanoparticles were summarized and summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Nanogold possesses the biological activity of itself, as well as photothermal effect, and also can be used as drug carrier. All three methods have been used in the research of disease treatment. Nano gold has been initially applied in the treatment of AIDS, cancer, Parkinson’s disease and other diseases. The antitumor drug AurimuneTM (CYT-6091) has completed phase I clinical trials and is undergoing phase II clinical trials. The rapid development of the medical research of nano gold shows a good prospect of application. At the same time, the relevant research shows that nano gold has good biocompatibility and low toxicity, but the application as a drug needs further evaluation.
