目的观察泽菲和顺铂联合治疗老年恶性胸腔积液33例的疗效与毒性。方法首先胸腔置管下分次引尽积液,然后顺铂50 mg/m2,胸腔内注射,第1、8天;泽菲800～1000 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1、8天,每21 d重复。结果完全缓解(CR)8例,部分缓解(PR)21例,总有效率(CR+PR)87.9%;中位生存期(MST)11.5个月。主要毒性为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论泽菲和顺铂联合治疗老年恶性胸腔积液疗效较好,毒副反应轻,能提高患者生活质量和生存期。
Objective To observe the curative effect and toxicity of the combination of zafi and cisplatin in the treatment of 33 cases of senile malignant pleural effusion. Methods First of all, the patients were divided into two groups by the thoracic tube, then cisplatin 50 mg / m2, intrapleural injection for 1,8 days, 800 mg / m2 azadirachtin 800 mg / m2, intravenous drip, Repeat every 21 days. Results The complete remission (CR) in 8 cases, partial remission (PR) in 21 cases, the total effective rate (CR + PR) 87.9%; median survival (MST) 11.5 months. The main toxicity of Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ degree myelosuppression and gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion The combination of zafifere and cisplatin in the treatment of elderly malignant pleural effusion has better curative effect, less toxic side effects, and can improve the quality of life and survival of patients.
