产能过剩已经成为当前我国经济发展过程中面临的突出的理论与现实问题。从产业国际分工地位的视角对产能过剩问题进行解读,是研究产能过剩这一复杂问题的新视角。从后发国家工业化阶段的分析发现,后发国家进入工业化中后期之后有可能会遇到产能过剩问题。这一问题的理论支持有雁行模式和产业梯度转移理论,同时也可以通过先发国家和后发国家企业之间就创新进行的博弈进行分析。在理论阐述之外,对我国不同行业进行分析,建立对于行业国际分工地位和产能过剩程度关系的计量模型,以衡量国际分工地位对某一行业产能过剩的影响程度。
