采用磁过滤真空溅射离子沉积技术制备了一组非晶CN薄膜.利用红外光谱,紫外—可见吸收光谱和电导测量研究了其光学和电学性质,用X射线光电子能谱确定腹中N的原子百分比.结果表明:a-CN康有22001500和1350cm-1三个吸收带,表明C和N是以化学共价键形式结合的.这种股有较宽的光能随4.14eV,极低的电导率10-15(Ω·cm)-1.腹中N的原子百分比最大为47%.
A series of amorphous CN films were prepared by magnetic filtration and vacuum sputtering. The optical and electrical properties were studied by IR, UV-Vis absorption spectra and conductivity measurements. The atomic percentage of N in the ventral stomach was determined by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that: a-CN Kang with 22001500 and 1350cm-1 three absorption bands, indicating that C and N are chemically covalent bond form. Such strands have a wide range of light energies with 4.14 eV and an extremely low conductivity of 10-15 (Ω · cm) -1. Abdominal N atomic percentage is up to 47%.
