在当前社会形势下,社会对于高技术专业人才的需求量日益加大,但是很多职业院校毕业生却找不到工作。这种情况的根本原因在于职业院校学生的实践技能相对不高的缘故,针对于此,笔者尝试探讨了强化就业理念及培育技能人才方面的内容,分析了职业院校强化就业理念的重要意义,同时阐述了职业院校培育技能人才的策略。在文章的最后,总结全篇。
