本文合成了新显色剂2-[2-(苯并噻唑)-偶氮]-4-甲基-5-二羧甲氨基苯甲酸(BTACT),研究了在十二烷基硫酸钠(NaLS)存在下它与镍的显色反应。研究结果表明,在微酸性介质中能形成稳定的蓝紫色配合物,其组成为Ni(Ⅱ):BTACT=1:2,最大吸收波长为605nm,表现(?)尔吸光系数为8.07×10~(?)L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),镍的浓度在0~10μg/25ml范围内服从比耳定律。反应具有较高的灵敏度,选择性好,Fe(Ⅲ)的允许量较大.只有Co(Ⅲ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Pd(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)有干扰,其中铜、钯的干扰可用硫脲掩蔽。用于纯镁、纯铜、铝合金、钢铁试样中微量镍的测定,结果满意。
In this paper, a new color reagent 2- [2- (benzothiazole) -azo] -4-methyl-5-dicarboxymethylaminobenzoic acid (BTACT) was synthesized and studied in sodium lauryl sulfate ) In the presence of its color reaction with nickel.
