本文以国家高新区和高新技术企业2007~2013年省级面板数据为依据,构建国家高新区集散效应测度模型,分析金融危机前后,国家高新区集聚与扩散效应的转换过程。结果显示,国家高新区增长与高新技术产业增长具有较强关联性。国家高新区对高新技术产业的集聚与扩散维度均呈现U型转换特征,创新扩散U型拐点低于规模集聚U型拐点。国家高新区集散效应沿东部-中部-西部-东北逐渐增强,在东部经济较发达区域创新扩散效应增强。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2013 of national hi-tech zones and hi-tech enterprises, this paper constructs a measure model of the national high-tech zone, and analyzes the conversion process of agglomeration and diffusion effects before and after the financial crisis. The results show that there is a strong correlation between the growth of national hi-tech zones and the growth of high-tech industries. The high and new technology zones in the national hi-tech zones are characterized by U-shaped transitions in the dimensions of agglomeration and diffusion of high-tech industries. The U-shaped inflection point of innovation diffusion is lower than the U-shaped inflection point of large-scale agglomeration. The concentration effect of national high-tech zones is gradually increasing along the eastern, central, western, and northeastern regions, and the effect of innovation and diffusion in the economically developed eastern regions is enhanced.
