本文通过大量的试验数据介绍了DEL金刚石增强复合齿的性能、特点和优越性。DEI楔形齿-改传统保径齿的被动保径状态。通过优化金刚石的成份,增强齿的强度和韧性,修改现有碳化钨齿的几何形状,从而产生了新一代的进攻型金刚石增强保径合金齿。提高了钻头的保持井径的能力,更可靠地保持了钻头的切削结构,延长了钻头的保持机械钻速的时间,使钻头的使用寿命更长,完井时间更短。
In this paper, the performance, characteristics and advantages of DEL diamond reinforced composite tooth are introduced through a large amount of experimental data.
