省档案局《关于档案安全保管检查情况和今后意见的报告》已经省委、省政府同意,现转发给你们。报告中提出的加强档案安全保管工作的意见是可行的,望参照执行。档案是党和国家的宝贵财富,是进行社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设不可缺少的信息资源。《中华人民共和国档案法》对确保档案的安全,作了明确的规定。各级党政领导机关、企事业单位都要加强对档案安全保管工作的领导,切实解决档案安全保管工作中的实际问题。今后,凡是人为地造成档案安全事故,要根据《档案法》的规定,追究有关人员的责任。
