去年,我们办公室的信息工作有了新的发展,信息质量有了较大的提高。一年来,我们印发了《信息综合》简报23期,刊登各种经济信息31篇;向地委、行署领导提供综合、专题信息材料19篇;向自治区政府办公厅报送信息材料99篇,被采用35篇,其中《信息快报》采用15篇,《情况汇报》采用7篇,《参阅文件》采用2篇,《广西政报》采用11篇,有7篇得到了区政府主席、副主席的批示。上述这些信息材料,为领导进行科学决策提供了一些依据,对促进改革、开放和经济的发展起到了一定的积极作用。我们的做法是:
Last year, there was a new development in the information work of our office and the quality of information has been greatly improved. In the past year, we issued 23 bulletins of “Information Synthesis”, published 31 pieces of various economic information, provided 19 pieces of comprehensive and thematic information materials to leaders of prefectural and administrative departments, and delivered 99 pieces of information materials to the government offices of autonomous regions and municipalities. It adopts 35 articles, of which 15 articles are used in “Information Express”, 7 articles in “Situation Report”, 2 articles in “Reference Documents”, 11 articles in “Guangxi Gazette” and 7 articles by Chairman and Vice Chairman of District Government Instructions. These information materials mentioned above provide some basis for leaders to make scientific decisions and play a certain positive role in promoting reform, opening up and economic development. Our approach is:
