在人类历史的文明进程中,浸满了货币给我们社会所带来的喜怒哀乐,而货币的权力之辙也印踏着古老王朝的兴衰和新旧社会形态的更替,货币彰显着国家权力,也必然要承载着权力“自利”的陋习天性。而对于货币权力的层层剥离也往往会触及到权力的扩张与异化。同时,对货币权力的法学研究应该秉烛马克思货币理论的理性光芒,才或是治理货币危机乃至保障民生的密钥所在。
In the course of the civilization of mankind history, the money is so full of emotions brought about by our society. The ruling power of money is also embracing the rise and fall of ancient dynasties and the change of old and new social forms. The currency shows the state power, It must also bear the power of “self-interest” of bad habits nature. However, the peel-off of monetary power often touches upon the expansion and alienation of power. At the same time, legal studies of monetary power should be based on the rational light of the Marxist theory of money, or the key to managing the currency crisis and even protecting people’s livelihood.
