我国建筑节能墙体保温工作从最初由国外引进的粘贴聚苯板薄抹灰外保温技术开始,历经多年来发展已形成几十种工艺做法,其中最普及和大量应用的技术有:粘贴保温板薄抹灰技术、轻骨料保温浆料技术、现浇混凝土内置保温板技术、现场喷涂或浇注保温材料技术、预制保温装饰一体化技术等。虽然外保温技术得到不断创新,呈现良好发展势头,每年使用外保温技术建造的节能建筑达几亿平方米,但在实际应用中仍存在诸多问题。
