科技园型生产性实训基地建设是未来高职院校综合型实训基地建设的一种类型,是校企合作办学的重要载体,有利于培养服务地方经济转型升级所需要的创新性技术人才。科技园型生产性实训基地具有“生产性”和“教学性”两大特征,主要有学校主导型、政府主导型和企业(行业)主导型三种运行模式,因各参与主体的利益诉求不同,基地在运行当中不可避免地会出现“教学效益”与“经济效益”等矛盾。唯有尊重各参与主体利益,建立双赢机制,加强情感交流,遵循法律、道德规范,才能实现科技园型生产性实习基地的可持续发展。
The construction of science and technology park type productive training base is a type of comprehensive training base for higher vocational colleges in the future and an important carrier for school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, which is conducive to cultivating innovative technical talents needed for service of local economy transformation and upgrading . The science and technology park type productive training base has two major characteristics of “productive” and “teaching”. There are three operation modes: school-oriented, government-led and business (industry) The interests of the main demands are different, the base will inevitably appear in the operation of “teaching effectiveness ” and “economic benefits ” and other conflicts. Only by respecting the interests of all participants, establishing a win-win mechanism, strengthening emotional exchanges and abiding by laws and ethics, can we achieve the sustainable development of science and technology park production practice base.
