各位领导、各位馆长,同志们: 在新的一年即将到来之际,我们相聚在北京,召开一年一度的全国电教馆馆长会议。这次会议的主题是:加强自身能力建设,发挥系统整体优势,大力推进信息技术在教育教学中的广泛应用。会议的主要内容是:研讨如何加强自身能力建设,更好地为全面推进素质教育和深化基础教育课程改革服务,积极承担全国农村中小学现代远程教育工程和全国中小学教师教育技术能力建设计划实施等工作任务,进一步提高为基础教育和教师教育信息化服务的水平;研究如何发挥电教馆系统
Ladies and Gentlemen, Comrades, Comrades: As the new year is approaching, we gather in Beijing to hold the annual meeting of directors of the National Electoral Church. The theme of this conference is to strengthen self-capacity building, give full play to the overall advantages of the system and vigorously promote the wide application of information technology in education and teaching. The main contents of the conference are: discussing how to strengthen self-capacity building, better promote quality education and deepen the reform of basic education curriculum, and actively undertake the implementation of the nationwide modern distance education program in rural primary and secondary schools and the capacity building of national primary and secondary school teachers’ education and technology And other tasks to further improve the level of basic education and teacher education information services; to study how to play the electric education system
