本文首次利用气相色谱的定性参数——相对保留值建立了柴胡属19种植物发挥油的GC指纹谱,并根据指纹谱中色谱峰的重叠率和八强峰进行分析对比研究。结果表明同属不同种植物的指纹谱、重叠率和八强峰各不相同。因此,本文认为该法可以为植物品种的鉴定以及为新种的确立提供有益的信息,并为GC在分析复杂组分的样品方面开拓了新的应用。本法优点:简单易行、无需标准品、色谱峰利用率高、可比性强。
In this paper, for the first time, GC fingerprints of oil from 19 species of genus Bupleurum were established using the qualitative parameters of gas chromatography—relative retention values. According to the overlap of chromatographic peaks in the fingerprint spectrum and the eight strong peaks, comparative analysis was conducted. The results showed that the fingerprints, overlapping ratios, and peaks of eight different plants in the same genus were different. Therefore, this paper believes that this method can provide useful information for the identification of plant varieties and for the establishment of new species, and opens up new applications for GC in the analysis of samples of complex components. Advantages of this method: simple and easy, no standard products, high peak utilization and comparability.
