黑木耳(Auricularia aurricula Underw)经提取、分离和纯化得黑木耳多糖(简称AA)。AA总糖含量为81.15%(其中葡萄糖醛酸为19.9%)。小鼠腹腔注射LD_(50)为789.60±92.19mg/kg。AA有多种重要的生物活性:对机体免疫功能有明显促进作用(包括增加脾脂数、半数溶血值和E玫瑰花结形成率,促进巨噬细胞吞噬功能和淋巴细胞转化等)。AA对组织细胞损伤有保护作用,如抗放射、抗白细胞降低和抗炎症等作用。AA对红细胞凝集和对血清蛋白生物合成的影响不明显。
Black fungus (Auricularia aurricula Underw) was extracted, isolated and purified to obtain black fungus polysaccharide (abbreviated as AA). The AA total sugar content is 81.15% (in which glucuronic acid is 19.9%). The intraperitoneal injection of LD_(50) in mice was 789.60±92.19 mg/kg. AA has a variety of important biological activities: it has a significant role in promoting the body’s immune function (including increasing the number of spleen, half hemolytic value and E rosette formation rate, promoting macrophage phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation, etc.). AA has protective effects on tissue cell damage, such as anti-radiation, anti-leukocyte reduction and anti-inflammatory effects. AA had no significant effect on red blood cell agglutination and serum protein biosynthesis.
